Participants will stay in the luxury Glamping tented accommodation at De Stilte or a Guest House nearby, depending on the entry choice made. The Glamping tents are fully furnished along with crisp white linen, duck down duvets and luxe finishings overlooking the Boontjiesrivier stream.
Participants can look forward to waking up in luxury, fully furnished Glamping tents temporarily set up for the event with beautiful valley views. The temporary glamping tents are each paired with private, safari-style ablution facilities for added convenience. Inside each tent, guests will find two comfortable beds dressed in crisp white linen, towels, chairs, bedside tables, rechargeable lights, a power bank for charging cellphones, and other thoughtful touches designed to elevate the glamping experience.

Participants can look forward to waking up in De Stilte’s luxury glamping tents, each tent is thoughtfully positioned within the venue. Each luxury tent includes two beds with beautiful white linen, towels, chairs, bedside tables, lights, a cellphone charging point, and more. The Luxury tents share beautifully crafted wooden bathrooms that blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Here, guests can unwind and enjoy a touch of luxury in the heart of nature.

The Premium, 7m Glamping tents offer more space and luxury. It boasts a beautifully decorated interior with a king size bed, Malawian furniture and a futon for relaxing. It also comes with comforts like bedside lights, phone charging points and a fan to cool the tent. Premium tents are thoughtfully positioned to offer more privacy and features its own private bathroom for added comfort.
We have booked a selection of charming local guesthouses, each offering unique comfort. These guesthouses are located close to the venue, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and comfort to your stay.

FOOD & BEVERAGES
Expect to indulge in delicious local Cape cuisine with live music in the background. Daily craft beer and wine tastings can be expected as guests make their way through the rolling hills of Tulbagh.
Friday: Light lunch to start, followed by an en route wine tasting and finishing the day with a mouthwatering for dinner.
Saturday: Continental breakfast, a well deserved lunch after a breathtaking ride to the Tulbagh valley and an afternoon olive tasting among the orchards with wine and snacks. Dinner will be a long-table affair with slow-cooked food from the fire.
Sunday: Continental breakfast, celebratory gourmet burger lunch

Expect freshly brewed coffee, pancakes, fruit, energy drink and more at the waterpoints.
Non-rider companion packages can be booked along with a rider entry. Companion packages include the following:

Saturday: Continental breakfast, well-deserved lunch, an olive tasting experience, and Dinner will entail a Cape Cuisine-inspired dish thoughtfully paired with complementary sides.

Water is supplied at the water points for consumption during each stage. At the venue, the tap water is from a drinkable fountain, you can also help yourself, anytime to still and sparkling bottled water- found at the main bar.
Prepared, Protected, and Supported
SUPPORT AND SERVICES
We have backup support each day – should you not be able to cycle any further and medical staff on the route as well as at the finish to assist, in case you sustain an injury.
A dedicated E-Bike charging station will be available near the main building. Remember to bring your charger and double-check whether the charger is securely fastened and charging. Don’t forget to select the E-Bike category during the entry process, as this helps us keep track of how many charging stations we need to set up during the event.

Stroll next to the river, chill by the farm dam or just sip on your ice cold G&T!
Go for a dip in the farm dam, chill in the hot tub, and enjoy the spectacular views of Boontjiesrivier Private Nature Reserve.
Enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly on the hill while watching the sunset, on day 1 at the waterpoint with a view that will leave you in awe.
Enjoy an olive tasting paired with a complimentary glass of wine at a long table in the olive orchards.
Stroll throughout the Cherry Glamping grounds and enjoy the spectacular views of the Elgin Valley and the very lazy Springbuck, blesbuck and Zebras.
